Welcome! My name is Lisa Michelle and nutrition is my passion. For the last 12 years, I’ve worked with families, businesses, schools, and organizations to promote wellness. I have a strong desire to meet families where they are and educate them on simple, effective ways they can live healthier, happier lives.

I was plagued with several challenging medical conditions and illnesses involving ER visits and hospital admissions. I prayed for a return to health and found a wonderful way to help my body promote healing. I became passionate about helping others to heal since I had found a clear path myself. I became a Certified Health Coach with Dr Sears Institute. and developed my passion of helping people learn how a plant-based diet can positively impact any medical condition. I have helped hundreds of people learn to age well making simple lifestyle changes where everything works and nothing hurts.

The Dr. Sears Wellness Institute was founded by world-renowned physician and author, Dr. William Sears. The Institute is a leader in science-based health and wellness education that focuses on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.). A certification by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute is obtained only after completing the extensive course work and meeting all requirements. Once certified, a Health Coach possesses the knowledge, tools, and resources to make a positive difference in the health of others.
